Is the default alphabetical sorting order of subprojects and build configurations based on names or IDs

By default, TeamCity displays projects, their subprojects, build configurations, and templates in the alphabetical order.

Is this alphabetical order based on the projects and build configurations' IDs or names?

The default alphabetical sorting order is based on the names.

Changing the IDs doesn't affect it, while changing the names does.
