Answer

This endpoint returns actual IP ranges of TeamCity Cloud servers and JetBrains-hosted build agents in JSON format:

For whitelisting purposes, outbound connections from a TeamCity Cloud server or a JetBrains-hosted build agent will originate from one of the IP addresses returned by the above endpoint.

TeamCity Cloud domain names (*.teamcity.com) have a dynamic IP address associated with them via AWS CloudFront – these IP addresses should not be used for whitelisting purposes. If there is a need to whitelist connections originating from an internal network to a TeamCity Cloud server, the hostname, rather than an IP address, should be whitelisted.
