Junie provides error code 477: "Unknown Status Code"

Problem

A query to Junie fails with the error:

Server returned response code: 477 Unknown Status Code

Cause

The error appears when user's quota is exceeded on selected License.

Resolution

Until a permanent fix is released, change your license if you have another one available.

We expect a permament fix to be released in January 2026.
