ReSharper IntelliSense does not show item description tooltip

Problem

When ReSharper IntelliSense replaces Visual Studio IntelliSense, the completion list does not show the summary tooltip for the selected item.

Resolution

To see the summary tooltip when using ReSharper IntelliSense, go to (Extensions) | ReSharper | Options | Environment | IntelliSense | Completion Appearance and select the Show summary tooltip checkbox.
