Which version of CLion can be used on Windows 7?

Problem

Tried to run the latest CLion version 2024.3 on Windows 7, but it couldn't be launched.

Resolution

If you use 64-bit Windows 7, the latest CLion supporting Windows 7 is 2023.1.7. Please try the 2023.1.x version here: https://www.jetbrains.com/clion/download/other.html

Or download the 2024.1.x Windows zip file version and start it with the clion.bat file.

Please use bin\clion.bat to launch the IDE.

For ReSharper, you can download the ReSharper 2019 offline installer at https://www.jetbrains.com/resharper/download/other.html.
