How to set breakpoints and debug stored procedures in DataGrip?

Currently, debugging is only supported for Oracle PL/SQL (see Debugging).

If you're working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, debugging stored procedures is not currently available. You can follow and upvote the relevant feature requests below:
