Failed to download semantic search model

Problem

When a machine is not connected to the internet, a warning may show in the IDE stating "Failed to download semantic search model, Check your internet connection"

Resolution

Due to the offline environment of the machine, the semantic search model (powered by AI) cannot get downloaded. We can disable the semantic search via either option A or B:

A. Disable "Machine Learning in Search Everywhere" bundled plugin via File | Settings | Plugins | Installed.

B. Disable all "Semantic search" related options via File | Settings | Advanced Settings | Search Everywhere
