Mac: no main menu in IntelliJ IDE

Problem

When using IDE on Mac, the main menu is empty

Resolution

Press Shift+Shift, then type "Invalidate Caches" and re-build indexes

The reason why it happened is a race condition that made the main menu font the same color as the main menu background
