JetBrains IDE keeps crashing when editing the code in the editor because of Chinese input method(Sougou pinyin)

Problem

• Chinese input method(Sougou pinyin) is enabled
• JetBrains IDE keeps crashing when editing the code in the editor.
• Frequent crashes, especially when saving the files.
• Updating to the latest version does not help.

Cause

• Some .dll files from a Chinese input method(Sougou pinyin) software injected into the JBR caused the issue.

Workaround

• Closing the input method when using the IDE.
