Notification ballon blocks interactions in IDE

Problem

This kind of notification ballon will not disappear in a long time, unless the user clicks any UI elements in IDE.

Resolution

Currently, there is no option to modify the duration that the balloon notification is displayed, but all notification types can be found in Settings | Appearance & Behavior | Notifications.

To stop displaying the notification, locate the corresponding event type and change the "Popup type" from "Sticky balloon" or "Tool window balloon" to "Balloon" (disappears automatically after a short time) or "No popup".
