Permanent Indexing of Project

A couple of possible workarounds:

• File | Repair IDE
• File | Invalidate Caches... | Invalidate and Restart
• Try to disable Shared Project Indexes Plugin
• Try to delete the system directory when the IDE is closed. All your IDE settings except "Local History" will be preserved
