May 1st, 2025: New 2xx.105.2 version of Junie is released. Some highly demanded features inside Changelog:
- Terminal actions allowlist (flexible or semi-brave mode). Each terminal command that is executed in a task chain has the option to be allow-listed via the kebab-menu (three dots), or added manually in IDE settings -> Junie. Allowlist's UI is somewhat scary (java-style regex), yet 100% transparent. We're working on improving it.
- Configurable project directory (shift-shift -> Junie Project Settings). It should fix the issues with monorepos when Junie detects the project directory incorrectly
- Junie can edit files outside the project. However, such edits will require explicit confirmation
- Junie supports .aiignore now (reference). .cursorignore and other similar files are not yet supported, should arrive soon
- Php precondition fix
