How to sync settings via the Settings Sync/Backup and Sync solution between different JetBrains Accounts

Situation

Settings Sync solution is used with the corporate JetBrains account, but the user wants to be able to use the same IDE settings (theme, code style, etc) on the personal PC with the personal account.

Question

How to synchronize the IDE settings between different JetBrains accounts?

Answer

It is possible to use one JetBrains account to store all IDE settings and link other emails (and their respective licenses) to it. Please follow these instructions on how to do it. After adding the second email to the JetBrains account, it should be possible to log in (in the Help | Register... window) using this JetBrains account and select the necessary license; settings stored for this account will be synchronized in all IDE instances where it is logged in.
