Is inline completion supported for Dart?

Answer

There is no dedicated inline completion model for Dart yet. Progress is tracked in IJPL-198129 and LLM-2057.

As a workaround with the JetBrains AI Assistant plugin, generic model-powered suggestions can be enabled for Dart via the All others checkbox (previously called Universal Completion).

To enable it:

1. Install and sign in to the JetBrains AI Assistant plugin.
2. Go to Settings | Editor | General | Code Completion | Inline.
3. Set the mode to Cloud or Cloud and local.
4. In the Languages column, enable the All others checkbox.
