Fix for the "Can't retrieve image ID from build stream" error when building dev containers

Problem

Dev container build fails with the following error reported in the IDE UI:

WARNING: No output specified with docker-container driver. Build result will only remain in the build cache. To push result image into registry use --push or to load image into docker use --load

Can't retrieve image ID from build stream

Cause

The Docker image built is not saved in the local image store as it should. Most likely, it happens due to the non-default build driver usage (see https://docs.docker.com/build/builders/drivers/).

Resolution

Adding the --load build option to the devcontainer.json file should help:
