How to configure Toolbox to install IDEs to a specific folder other than the default one?
Answer
Specify the installation location via Settings | Tools | Tools install location:
- Navigate to the menu (a cogwheel in the top right corner) and Settings
- Open the tab Tools, find the Tools installation location section, and click Change
- Choose a new installation folder and confirm changes
