Cannot reach support request: 404

Problem

Attempting to open the created ticket results in a 404 error.

Cause

This happens when a support engineer transfers a ticket to another team. There is an issue in the third party system used to process support requests.

Resolution

When a support engineer answers your question, you'll receive a new link to your conversation.
