Can't install ReSharper: "Failed to read packages from. The remote name could not be resolved" error

Problem

The following error occurs in the log file while installing ReSharper using the web installer JetBrains.dotUltimate.{version}.web.exe:

Resolution

Use the offline installer in this case.

We also encourage you to collect installation logs (%localappdata%\JetBrains\Shared\vAny\Installer) and send it to ReSharper support so we could check what went wrong.
