SSL issues

In some cases certificate issues might hinder the product installation.

• Using self-signed certificates to enforce HTTPS.

First of all this is not recommended as neither reliable nor secure solution. Users that don't have that root CA in the system, unless they are manually installed it. That might prevent them from logging into IDE Services and/or using Toolbox or IDEA with it.

• Corporate Proxy, that requires certificate for authentication.

Proxy certificate needs to be added to the IDE Services application trust store. E.g. one of the ways of configuring this: Configuring SSL JVM options with a Kubernetes secret
