users seeing http 431 (request header fields too large) when logging into IDE Services

When using multiple internal subdomains cookies might pile up and exceed size for some applications. Try adding following setting the application.yaml or values.yaml(latter needs to be preceded with ides.config.configCustomization .

Various size values can be used, but that need to be equal for both properties.
