GitHub App fails to load the list of repositories after reaching the timeout

Symptoms

1. The GitHub App connection is used to create the project, the build configuration, or the VCS root.
2. Due to the large number of repositories, the loading of the list of available repositories takes a long time.
3. Eventually, it fails to load all available repositories and shows the following error message: Not all repositories loaded because a timeout of 30s was reached. If the problem persists, please contact support

Cause

The timeout for loading the repository list has been reached.

Resolution

It is possible to increase this timeout using the teamcity.oauth.github.app.ui.repositories.threshold.time internal property. The value is in ms.

For example, adding the teamcity.oauth.github.app.ui.repositories.threshold.time=60000 internal property will increase the timeout from 30s to 60s.

The server restart is required for it to take effect.
