How to list build configurations that were not executed for a given period of time?

Answer

It requires comparing the results of two requests.

1. Get all builds executed after a certain timestamp. For example, GET /app/rest/builds?locator=startDate:(date:20250101T000000%2B0100,condition:after) will get you all builds started after January 1st, 2025 00:00 in the GMT+1 timezone. Adding &fields=build(buildTypeId) to the request allows getting only the build configurations' IDs, i.e., GET /app/rest/builds?locator=startDate:(date:20250101T000000%2B0100,condition:after)&fields=build(buildTypeId) .
2. List all build configurations. It is also possible to list only the IDs, similarly to the first request: GET /app/rest/buildTypes?fields=buildType(id).
3. The build configurations' IDs present in the response to the second request but not in the response to the first request are the build configurations that were not executed after the specified in the first request timestamp.
