After changing Issue Tracker from Jira to YouTrack links still point to Jira

Symptoms

Switched the Issue Tracker for the <Root project> in TeamCity from Jira to YouTrack, but issue links still point to Jira. The connection test for YouTrack is successful, and no other Issue Tracker configurations exist.

Cause

Mapped external links in comments within main-config.xml (<TeamCity Data Directory>\config\main-config.xml). For more details, refer to Mapping External Links in Comments.

Resolution

Commented out the <comment-transformation> section in the main-config.xml.
