Notification settings: Cannot retrieve dismissed notification for Cython Speedups

Problem

The notification for "Python debugger native extension available" becomes inaccessible after being dismissed.

Resolution

Retrieving the Dismissed Notification

To re-enable the notification:

1. Open Settings | Appearance & Behavior | Notifications.
2. Locate and scroll to the entry Python debugger native extension available.
3. Under the section Don’t ask again notifications, click on the entry.
4. Remove the entry by pressing the - button.

After following these steps, the notification should become active again.
