How to report errors that occur in ReSharper for VS Code extension?

I get exceptions as VS Code notifications while using ReSharper for VS Code extension. How can I report them to the team?

You can submit reports about errors one by one by pressing Submit report or Submit with logs buttons in the notification:

You can also report all problems at once by following the steps:

1. Open VS Code Command Palette;
2. Type >ReSharper: Open Exception Submitter;
3. In the opened window press Submit All button. We'd be grateful if you could include logs by checking Attach logs for more accurate investigation.
