Resolution

Check the signing of this file. It should be signed by JetBrains s. r. o.. To verify, go to the file in question, Preferences > Security:

As long as a file is signed by JetBrains s. r. o., it should not be harmful.

If it is not, reinstall JetBrains either from the ToolBox or from the site.
