How to export layered settings (Rider/ReSharper)

Support team requests backend settings to reproduce the issue.

Question

How to share layer settings?

Answer

Rider:

• Open Settings;
• Select Manage Layers in the bottom-left corner;
• For each existing node in the list;
  • Select a layer;
  • Select Export to File;
  • Tick all the checkboxes;

ReSharper:

• Select Extensions | ReSharper | Manage Options;
• For each existing node in the list;
  • Select a layer;
  • Select Import and Export | Export to File;
  • Tick all the checkboxes;

Share the saved files with the support team.
