How to publish MAUI applications using Rider?

Answer

The publishing process goes as follows:

1. Right-click on the project > Publish > Create New > Local Folder;
2. In the opened window, set the required Name and other parameters of the app and press Run;
3. Wait for the publishing to finish;
4. You will find an application file by the location specified within step 2;
5. Open the same app in the Xcode by pressing the right-click on the project > Open in Xcode;
6. Then open a device drop-down and press Manage Run Destinations...;
7. Drag and drop the .ipa file from step 4;

*Publishing directly to stores at the moment is not available. Upvote the issue below for the updates:
