How to change highlight color for selected row in the Editor tab

On the Dark theme, the selected line could be hardly visible depending on monitor contrast settings.

Question

How to change the color of the selected line to make it more visible?

Answer

The setting to change this color is File | Settings | Editor | Color Scheme | General -> Editor | Caret Row.  Change the Background color there.
