How to limit or optimise resources of solution-wide analysis

Answer

Go to File | Settings | Editor | Inspection Settings and switch Resources utilization to Low.

Alternatively, click on the Roslyn icon on the status bar of the Editor tab and choose Resources utilization | Low.
