How to make an action "Comment\Uncomment" available within one mouse click without using a keyboard shortcut in IntelliJ Rider?

Answer

Add this action on the toolbar.

Right-click on the toolbar -> Customize Toolbar... -> Choose a part of the toolbar to add the action (Left, Right or Center) -> Press "Add" Button -> Find the action "Comment/Uncomment" -> Press "Ok"
