Rider does not ask before restarting an active run/debug session

Problem

When starting a debugging process in JetBrains Rider, the confirmation popup for restarting the debugging process no longer appears. This typically happens after the checkbox "Remember my choice and don't ask again" is selected while responding to the confirmation.

Resolution

1. Open Settings | Advanced Settings
2. Under Run/Debug, enable Confirm rerun with process termination
