No "Help | Manage Licenses..." option available in the Rider UI

Problem

When launching Rider via JetBrains Toolbox, there is no "Help | Manage Licenses..." option available in the Rider UI, even after restarting Toolbox and launching Rider again.

Resolution

Reinstall Rider using JetBrains Toolbox.

If the issue persists:

  • Use Shift+Shift (Search Everywhere) to check if the "Manage Licenses" action is there.
  • Consider reinstalling Rider via the standalone installer to avoid potential Toolbox-related issues.
  • Reset Rider settings and disable downloaded plugins to isolate the cause
