Problem
Rider is unable to debug a .NET 8.0 console application. When initiating debugging, the build completes, the debugger initializes, but the process hangs, requiring the debugger to be terminated through the task manager. The application can run without issues outside of the debugging process.
Cause [Optional]
The issue occurs due to a corrupted .NET 8 installation, leading to the debugger hanging during the invocation of the COM component.
