Cannot resolve symbol error for MAUI

Problem

After upgrading the development environment in JetBrains Rider, symbols are not resolved ("Cannot resolve symbol" error), with red squiggles appearing in all files.

Cause

RuntimeIdentifier is set to ios-arm64 for all target frameworks, which break Android & MacCatalyst

Resolution

Ensure that RuntimeIdentifier is correctly specified for each target framework within your .csproj file.
