How to collapse code in a file by nesting level?

How can one collapse and expand all code in Rider editor based on the nesting level?

Answer

One can collapse sections of the document via Collapse Recursively/Collapse All/Collapse to Definitions (depending on the case) and expand to a specific level via Expand all to level.
