How can I disable usage statistics collection in Rider?

Answer

Rider provides control over data collection preferences for users with paid licenses. To opt out of anonymous usage statistics:

  1. Navigate to Settings | Appearance & Behavior | System Settings | Data Sharing

  2. Disable the Send Usage Statistics option

Note: This setting is unavailable in Rider’s free non-commercial edition, which requires statistics collection as part of its licensing terms.
