Rider automatically creates JS, CSS and CS files when creating new Blazor Component

Problem

When creating new Blazor component files in a project (Add→Blazor Component), Rider always creates razor.js, razor.css and razor.cs files, without options to enable or disable this behavior in the creation popup:

Workaround

Restore default Rider settings and restart the IDE.
