AI Auto completion stopped working

Problem

AI Autocomplete stopped functioning in Rider.

Cause

The issue might have been due to a temporary misconfiguration or a minor glitch in the coordination between the local and cloud-based completion services.

Resolution

Perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Navigate to the Settings | Editor | General | Inline Completion section.
2. Disable both the Enable Local Full Line Completion and Enable Cloud Completion Suggestions options.
3. Re-enable both options.
