Page is not reloaded automatically after applying hot reload changes for ASP.NET projects

Problem

Hot Reload for ASP.NET projects requires users to refresh the browser page manually to see the changes. There is a known feature request for this: RIDER-69421 Reload browser page after applying hot reload changes for ASP.NET projects

Resolution

A workaround is to run "dotnet watch" from Run Configuration:

1. Click "Edit Configuration":
2. Click "+" icon and add "dotnet-watch" configuration:
3. Choose the new configuration you added and run:
