Why, on attempting to access any pages in JetBrains Central Console, is there a redirect to "Unlock the power of AI for your users"?

Answer

This is expected behavior during initial onboarding. To proceed and access other pages in the JetBrains Central Console, accept the Terms of Service when prompted. After accepting the Terms of Service, the rest of the console pages will become accessible.
