Problem
When creating a baseline file for PyRight and baselining errors, while the baselined items are marked with a dotted underline and tooltip in the editor, they do not appear in the Problems view regardless of the severity level settings.
Cause
Baselined diagnostics in basedpyright are reported as "hints," and PyCharm's Problems view by default does not display diagnostics categorized as hints.
Resolution
The issue should be resolved externally by basedpyright developers to implement the possibility of configuring different error levels for baselined items.
