Problem
After modifying the code in a library being tested using a notebook, and subsequently restarting the notebook's kernel, the kernel fails to fully reload the updated library code, causing changes to the behavior not to be reflected in the notebook.
Cause [Optional]
A known bug on 2025.1 - Build #Syntax highlighting for with-keyword.26927.90 - Jupyter notebook "Restart Kernel" does not reload imports
Resolution
Upgrade to 2025.2 version via the Toolbox App or by installing the latest version
